What you will contribute:
The Sales Representative for Central Italy (Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise regions) will be responsible for expanding the Agent network across the assigned region by identifying prospects and signing up new Agents in line with the business strategy. Responsible for presenting MoneyGram to potential Agents and managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings, conducting presentations and user demonstrations.
What you'll do:
- Prospect potential Agents in writing, by phone and in person in order to effectively outline the MoneyGram product and service and the mutual business benefit of becoming an agent.
- Spend a majority of the time (around 90-100%) out of the office, meeting potential partners across your entire region.
- Support the Retail Business by expanding the sub-agent network in the assigned regions.
- Maintain a database of all prospect Agents, contact details and status of sales activity.
- Ensure that all sales activity reports are reviewed, analyzed and followed up as appropriate.
- Ensure all Agent contract and agreement documentation is to the relevant standard and copies are retained.
- Support management in the achievement of the business plans and targets (network, volumes and profitability).
- Monitor and ensures that transaction volumes meet anticipated levels and opportunities to increase volumes are maximized.
- Build partnerships with key Agents and ensures queries and problems are promptly resolved by liaising with the relevant parties.
- Liaison with the relevant operational and marketing resources to ensure that the new Agent is set-up and ready for business in a timely manner with all appropriate POS and other materials enabling the Agent to transact.
- Work with the marketing team support to corridor analysis and refinement of pricing strategies in order to improve product profitability in addition to transaction volumes.
- Support the marketing team, as required, by communicating any gaps/shortage of signage and point-of sale materials.
- Perform other duties as required by the business.
What we’re looking for:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Required: BA/BS degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Min. of 3 years’ proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to increase network expansion/volumes.
Skills and experience:
- Full clean driving license.
- Fluent in both written and verbal communications in local language and English; any further language skills are desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer/client relationships and identifying opportunities to improve business success for both parties.
- Prior exposure in presenting product/service opportunities to clients/customers.
- First class interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain credible relationships with Agents in person and over the telephone.
- Strong presentation skills; ability to present to prospective Agents in a professional format.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize own workload and liaison with a geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; able to effectively and proactively identify and analyze problems and find appropriate solutions.
- Commercial acumen; able to work with key business partners to maximize business capacity for all parties.
- Able to work in a culturally diverse environment and be sensitive to cultural differences.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SalesForce.

The Inside Sales Representative for Greece and Cyprus is responsible for finding new agents, retaining the current agent portfolio and developing innovative solutions for bettering sales and service. The job plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing MoneyGram’s brand. The Inside Sales Representative sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound phone/e-mail contacting.

What you will contribute:
The Business Development Manager – DACH is responsible for identifying, leading, and delivering the prospecting and signing of new agents in the region. Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze remittance market trend especially for Northern Europe corridors in the region including studying of competitor products and services and increasing profitability of products.
- Identify the target markets in the region and develop strategies to communicate with them.
- Support management in the achievement of the business plans and targets (network, volumes and profitability).
- Maintain and grow existing agent relationships and expand opportunities within the sub agents’ network in the assigned regions.
- Monitoring and managing the performance of each location of key partners within their region: Through regular performance reviews and feedback, the Regional Manager will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Work with Revenue Optimization team to corridor analysis and refinement of pricing strategies to improve product profitability in addition to transaction volumes.
- Support the Revenue Optimization team, as required, by communicating any gaps/shortage of signage and point-of sale materials. Performs other duties as required by the business.
- Monitor and ensure that transaction volumes meet anticipated levels and opportunities to increase market share.
- Builds partnerships with key Agents and ensures queries and problems are promptly resolved by liaising with the relevant parties.

The Revenue Activation Specialist will be a key role at MoneyGram, focused on implementing and optimizing strategies to drive revenue growth. As an Revenue Activation Specialist you will be involved in the execution of revenue-generating initiatives and the activation of opportunities that can directly impact an organization’s financial performance. A Revenue Activation Specialist works closely with various teams like sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to activate revenue strategies that lead to tangible business results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with product, strategic operations, etc. to contribute requirements based on regional/market needs and communicate and implement new services.
- Liaise between product and strategic operations and downstream partners.
- Create thorough and robust go-to-market strategy to drive business growth, ensuring stakeholders across the organization are prepared for and understand the new product, service, or change.
- Partner with communications to establish communication plan for internal and external stakeholders, communicate product value proposition to the sales channel and develop the sales tools and collaterals that support the selling process of the product.
- Collaborates and coordinates with internal stakeholders such as product, compliance, finance, marketing, sales, org. readiness, etc. to communicate and implement new services.
- Schedule and host project kick off, playbook reviews, and status updates following the standard go-to-market process.
- Work closely with the integration and sales teams to identify opportunities for POE changes and deployment of all product functionalities (Directed Sends, Notifications, Rewards etc.) and act as subject matter expert (SME) for all Operational matters including Global Call Centre (GCC), Technical Support Centre ( TSC), Servicing and Onboarding to ensure all agent requests are completed within SLAs and provide guidance to the Sales team around best practices and processes.
- Support sales with cross departmental issues, AD, Investigations, complex set-ups and onboardings, exclusivity, audit, roll outs, currency conversion, network activation, MFA, Cyber Fraud, call center language changes/technical support, tax changes, Additional Data Field compliance requirements, PAPA rules, policy changes, forms/receipts content changes, etc.
- Ensure accurate and optimal Data is collected at POE, work closely with the sales team on Data collection attributes to help improve Customer Experience and drive better compliance and consumer profiling strategies while also identifying opportunities for cost reduction and redundant activities that will help streamline processes and optimize deployment and operations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of business reporting, including holds, stops, transactional, etc.
- Work with product team to ensure deployment, unification and use of Salesforce as a sales and CRM tool for all agents related services and communication.

WHO YOU ARE
- BA/BS degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience - 5+ years' experience in a field sales role with global knowledge of remittance industry
Knowledge/experienced gained within financial services. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and partner needs.

What you will contribute:
The Settlement Specialist is responsible for the monetary movement and reconciliation of all partner related financial obligations such as: daily settlement activity, adjustments, open receipts, commissions, pre-funds and installment settlement processing.
