What you will contribute:
The Sales Representative for Central Italy (Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise regions) will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing Agents while identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned region. The candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. The incumbent should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines while having strong analytical skills.
What you will do:
- Represent the company’s products and services to support and enhance existing Agents’ business performance.
- Provide market analysis in terms of trends, agent needs, and opportunities, ensuring strong market monitoring and competition activities.
- Strengthen relationships with existing Agents: Work closely with them to identify growth potential, optimize performance, and support business expansion efforts.
- Identify and onboard new Agents in strategic locations to enhance coverage and strengthen the network in alignment with business objectives.
- Proactively engage with Agents through in-person visits, calls, and email communication to ensure their needs are met and they receive ongoing support.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage agent relationships, track interactions, and monitor account performance.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to Agents, ensuring they fully understand company products, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
- Monitor and ensure all necessary agent documentation is up to standard, supporting the onboarding and regulatory compliance process.
- Maintain accurate agent information, promptly handling any data updates or change requests.
- Take ownership of key Agents’ operational and technical needs by collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues that impact revenue.
- Support the marketing and pricing teams in enhancing the company’s visibility, competitiveness, and brand positioning in the region.
- Conduct regular visits to Agent locations, adhering to a structured schedule provided by the company, including overnight stays when required.
- Perform other duties as required by the business.
What we are looking for:
Education
- BA/BS degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in an account management, field sales, or customer relationship management role. Experience in the money transfer sector will be considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in independently planning, managing, and executing strategies to support and grow existing client relationships.
Essential Skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English. Spanish, Urdu, Bengali, or Hindi will be considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention, growth, and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking: able to identify and address agent challenges proactively.
- Effective time management skills – ability to manage a structured workload efficiently.
- Able to work in a culturally diverse environment and be sensitive to cultural differences.
- Prior experience in customer engagement, training, or account support is highly desirable.
- Business travel is required, with the ability to manage work-related tasks and key meetings via mobile devices.
- Valid Category B driving license required.

The Business Development Manager – DACH is responsible for identifying, leading, and delivering the prospecting and signing of new agents in the region. The incumbent will lead new opportunities in the in alignment with regional sales leaders, to understand market needs and deliver “best in class” solutions to partners and customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze remittance market trend especially for Northern Europe corridors in the region including studying of competitor products and services and increasing profitability of products.
- Identify the target markets in the region and develop strategies to communicate with them.
- Support management in the achievement of the business plans and targets (network, volumes and profitability).
- Maintain and grow existing agent relationships and expand opportunities within the sub agents’ network in the assigned regions.
- Monitoring and managing the performance of each location of key partners within their region: Through regular performance reviews and feedback, the Regional Manager will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Work with Revenue Optimization team to corridor analysis and refinement of pricing strategies to improve product profitability in addition to transaction volumes.
- Support the Revenue Optimization team, as required, by communicating any gaps/shortage of signage and point-of sale materials. Performs other duties as required by the business.
- Monitor and ensure that transaction volumes meet anticipated levels and opportunities to increase market share.
- Builds partnerships with key Agents and ensures queries and problems are promptly resolved by liaising with the relevant parties.

The Revenue Activation Specialist will be a key role at MoneyGram, focused on implementing and optimizing strategies to drive revenue growth. - Partner with product, strategic operations, etc. to contribute requirements based on regional/market needs and communicate and implement new services.
- Liaise between product and strategic operations and downstream partners.

What you will contribute:
The Settlement Specialist is responsible for the monetary movement and reconciliation of all partner related financial obligations such as: daily settlement activity, adjustments, open receipts, commissions, pre-funds and installment settlement processing. This is a hunter role, ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in check processing, cash management, money order solutions, ACH, remote deposit capture (RDC), and other MSB-related financial services. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business with retailers, check cashing businesses, convenience stores, banks, credit unions and other MSBs that rely on efficient money order processing and check management solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Prospect and acquire new customers for money order and official check processing in the retail, check casher, financial services and financial institution sector.
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting retailers, financial institutions, convenience stores, check cashers, and other financial service companies to achieve revenue targets.
· Cold call, network, and build relationships with decision-makers to introduce money order and official check processing solutions. Present and demonstrate solutions, emphasizing cost savings, compliance benefits, and operational efficiency.

What you will contribute:
The Regional Finance Leader will be responsible for financial management of the Northern Europe business channels and provides day-to-day and strategic financial support to the Regional Heads of Sales for Northern Europe. - Provide guidance and support to the Regional Heads of Sales for Northern Europe, the wider channel teams, and Global Finance teams in financial matters, to assist in achieving channel and regional objectives.
- Conducts monthly reporting and insightful analysis for review with Channel and Regional teams and Global finance teams.
- Drive the forecast and budget processes that link into the corporate planning requirements and deadlines. Present of budget plans with emphasis on revenue and profitability management.
