Recognizing Recruiting Fraud

The following are warning signs of recruiting fraud:

  • Requiring a credit card, bank account number(s) or other personal financial information as part of the “job application” process.

  • The contact email address contains a domain other than “@moneygram.com,” such as “@live.com,” “@gmail.com,” or another personal email account.
  • The position requires an initial monetary investment, such as a payment by wire transfer.

What you’ll do

The Business Partner Support Specialist manages relationships with, and provides servicing support to MGI’s Business Partners, acts as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, and builds and maintains a positive image of the Company. The Business Partner Support Specialist ensures timely communications and resolution to Partners' inquiries, issues, and concerns. When necessary, the Specialist liaises with the appropriate department for resolution. The position supports the entire partner life cycle from on-boarding, day-to-day activities, and potentially through the termination process.

  • Interfaces with the MGI partners as first point of contact and resolution owner in order to resolve partners’ inbound requests through all offered channels: phone, chat, email, etc.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for agents during the troubleshooting process which may include but not limited to assistance with accounting, technical support, reporting, agent profile changes, transactability issues and trainings.
  • Initiates outbound contact to partners when needed to understand any discrepancies, deliver and/or collect any required information.
  • Follows up on issues until complete resolution; determines root cause of issues, identifies possible solutions, and agrees with the partner on a defined course of correction.
  • Answers a variety of inquiries in regard to the use of a number of MoneyGram’s Point of sales applications by identifying procedures and following them to resolve issues.
  • Assists Partners with making changes to the operation of the POS. This includes but is not limited to product configurations, software upgrades, setting changes.
  • Partners with sales team to understand the agent’s needs, perspective, and challenges in order to ensure MGI competitiveness from a B2B Customer Service point of view.
  • Liaises with different MGI departments as necessary to solve agents’ issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assists with various projects and performs other duties as assigned.

ATTENTION: 

  • This role requires working with shifts, weekends, including late shifts (Until 3AM)
  • In this role you will be entitled up to %10 bonus based on performance.

What you will contribute: 

As Storage Engineer you will be able to support our customers, stakeholders, partners, staff and overall business strategy through the servicing and management of its technological resources. The incumbent will participate in projects, and create/maintain documentation for use by engineers and operations teams. The incumbent will also work with other engineers to design and build environments to proper standards with associated documentation and processes, while also serving as a level of escalation by assisting Operations team(s) who support the environments.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Design and build technology environments to proper standards with associated documentation and processes and aligned to business requirements. This includes leading and managing projects in adherence with the PMO framework, participating in vendor management, creating/maintaining documentation, and helping to create standards and documentation.
  • Develop and report metrics and KPIs as appropriate.
  • Gather requirements from end-users and other key stakeholders to ensure that existing and new technology solutions are in alignment with business needs and Enterprise Architecture defined technology capabilities.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects to determine future needs; participate in planning sessions with Technology Lifecycle Managers to determine how to meet future requirements.
  • Utilize best practice for how products should be prepared before they are released to production.
  • Within this process, Engineers are accountable for working with Operations and defining installation, configuration, and provision processes and standards, as well as types of instrumentation required to administer, monitor performance, and troubleshoot problems; all with stability in mind.
  • Maintenance and patching of vendor supplied systems.
  • Partner with Application Development teams on common projects and goals. This may include, but not limited to: deployment and management of appropriate components through the SDM lifecycle, optimization for specific platforms and physical configurations, performance tuning, and oversight of deployment into each environment.
  • Assist IT Operations to analyze data related to supported systems (including critical events), and make recommendations.
  • Provide on-call support as an escalation point from level 2 Operations teams or in SEV1 situations. Performs other duties as assigned.

  

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5-7 years' IT Operations and/or Engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 5-7 years' proven customer service experience, and must communicate clearly, courteously and professionally in person and over the phone.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and broad understanding of relationships between hardware and applications, and client/server relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of Hitachi Storage systems, GAD, Hitachi NAS, F1500, G600.
  • Maintaining highly available storage systems, be able to monitor systems and triage issues.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Storage consisting of GCS, EBS, S3, IOPS, performance issues with block storage in the cloud, monitoring & maintaining systems.
  • Ability to write IaaC in Terraform with collaboration of Cloud Engineering team members.
  • Report KPI’s & Metrics pertaining to Cloud storage infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of change management processes and Service Now.
  • Knowledge of Commvault backups.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on workload migrations to the cloud, strategize storage movements, decommissioning, reclamation of storage.
  • Knowledge of SAN switches, code upgrades, etc.
  • Execute storage LUN allocations, extensions, deallocations, performance reports.
  • In-depth understanding of the criticality of existing environments when leading/managing projects, software and/or hardware as it relates to the business needs, customers, partners and staff.
  • Knowledge of the inputs and outputs associated with the data, software and/or hardware technology.
  • In depth knowledge of the technology this position represents, including all aspects/activities required to maintain system stability and optimal performance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

What you will contribute: 

As the Information Security Analyst for IAM/UAM you will conduct access provisioning, risk assessments and analysis of existing access to systems, applications, databases, and data to ensure that access is appropriate, and separation of duties does not exist. The Information Security Analyst will participate in projects and work with business units to provide requirements on implementation of controls. The incumbent will provide support of systems that are used by the team to conduct access reviews and maintains privileged accounts. This support will include configuration of systems, analysis of output from these systems, and initiating jobs from these systems.

  • Process Information Security and Identity Management access requests and/or operational incident tickets.  May run vulnerability scans on systems and applications.
  • Be on call 24/7 to address security related access issues on a rotational basis.

The Customer Service Representative B2B with Spanish (internally known as Business Partner Support Specialist) manages relationships with, and provides servicing support to MGI’s Business Partners, acts as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, and builds and maintains a positive image of the Company. The Business Partner Support Specialist ensures timely communications and resolution to Partners' inquiries, issues, and concerns. When necessary, the Specialist liaises with the appropriate department for resolution.   • Interfaces with the MGI partners as first point of contact and resolution owner in order to resolve partners’ inbound requests through all offered channels: phone, chat, email, etc.

  • Initiates outbound contact to partners when needed to understand any discrepancies, deliver and/or collect any required information.

What you will contribute:
The Manager, Information Security leads information security initiatives for the Company. As the Manager of Information Security, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding MoneyGram’s systems and data. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems and data through proactive vulnerability management, robust application security practices, and efficient detection of security threats. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our security posture by managing third-party penetration testing activities and ensuring the timely remediation of any findings.  
 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a vulnerability management program that ensures vulnerabilities are detected, assessed for severity, and remediated in accordance with Company policies.
  • Lead efforts to ensure application security is effectively incorporated into the SDLC.  Drive efforts to incorporate threat intelligence into all information security processes, with a bias towards actionable intelligence.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure that secure coding practices are implemented in accordance with application security standards. Conduct regular security assessments of applications to identify vulnerabilities and work with development teams to address findings.
  • Manage engagements with third-party penetration testing vendors to assess the security posture of MoneyGram infrastructure and applications. Collaborate with security architects to ensure MoneyGram systems align with company information security policies and standards.
  • Keep abreast of new and evolving security threats to ensure the Company remains adequately protected.
  • Consults with business partners on security matters to ensure security efforts are aligned across the enterprise.
  • Responds to regulatory and audit requests to support compliance initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years' Information Security experience.
  • 2+ years' experience managing direct reports; includes employee selection, motivation, coaching, and providing timely defensible constructive feedback.
  • Proven experience in information security domains of vulnerability management and application security.
  • Knowledge of common security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO) and regulatory requirements (PCI, GDPR, DORA)
  • Technical expertise in application security tools and functions, including dynamic application security testing (DAST) and static application security testing (SAST)

The Senior Data Scientist will have functional expertise in data science and machine learning, leading the charge on innovative work, and guiding the organization on methodology and best practices. Working closely with our compliance, operations, information technology team, and the larger data teams, you’ll dive into a powerful data set to help us structure analysis and develop insights that will help to answer important questions.   • Build scalable and high-performance engines that automate the above four classes of analysis where possible.

What we’re looking for:
